What is the Syngenta Science & Technology Prize?

With six thousand world-leading experts across the life science disciplines, Syngenta’s scientific community is a driver of innovation, collaborating with farmers, experts and communities around the globe to harness new research and technology and take on some of the world’s biggest problems, from food security to mitigating the impact of climate change on crops.

The Fellows role model excellence in science and technology, and support all our scientists in developing the new capabilities needed to meet our goal of feeding the world safely and sustainably.
Syngenta recognizes our scientists' innovative achievements through the Science and Technology (S&T) Prize.
The Prize celebrates the breakthroughs that emerge through the hard work of scientists and technologists, working both individually and in teams around the world. Awarded annually since 2003, the S&T Prize is sponsored and judged by the Syngenta Fellows. Only entries that represent significant scientific advancement or achievement are shortlisted.
